Returns and complaints

Returns

You can return the products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your package. To do so, log in to your account and use the quick returns option.

Select the products to return

Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to make a return.

Provide shipping details

Verify the order information automatically filled in and complete any missing fields, such as shipping method, package type, and shipping date.

Pack and ship the package

Pack the products in the original or other suitable packaging ans send the return to address below:

Please make sure to include the receipt and a completed withdrawal form. You can download it here: Withdrawal Form. If you use a different form, please provide your bank account number and clearly state your full name. This will speed up the refund process. You can also send the withdrawal form by email: contact@mikolab.eu.

The 14-day return period is considered met if the withdrawal notice email is sent or the return package is shipped within 14 days.

Returned goods must be complete (with tags) and show no signs of use. If a product that does not meet these requirements is returned, we reserve the right to send it back at your expense.

Refunds for returned products will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the package. The refund method will match the original payment method. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of returning goods to the store is borne by the customer. If an order was prepaid but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of the return shipment.

Complaints

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to help you solve the issue. Below is the complaint procedure:

  • Describe the issue in detail and attach all relevant documents, such as the order number, receipt, or invoice.
  • We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and provide further instructions for handling the complaint.
  • If the complaint is accepted, we will seek the most convenient solution for you: replacement, repair, refund, or other form of compensation.
