Order Processing Time
On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time required to prepare the product for shipment. We start processing your order as soon as we receive the payment. If you choose traditional bank transfer as the payment method, the order processing time will be extended by the time needed to receive and confirm the payment.
Once your entire order is complete, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment, and the delivery address. Typically, delivery takes up to 2 business days.
If you selected delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker (Paczkomat®), your parcel will be available at the chosen pickup point within a few days (usually up to 5 business days) after shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided during order placement.
